THE PROCESS
The process towards the end result.
Pre-Press
A prepress expert reviews the files and looks
for all types of problems that may cause production errors.
They also make the file press ready by adding special marks such as trim, bleed, and centre.
Press
A team of press operators work towards a process of printing called “offset.”
It is a method of mass production printing in which the images on metal plates are transferred to rubber blankets or rollers and then to the print media.
Post-Press
After printing, the parent sheets
are given their finishing touches like lamination, embossing, stamping, foil
die cutting or window patching.
Then the printed sheets are folded and glued ready to be delivered.
